OUR RESPONSE TO COVID 19
Regarding procedures for patient safety from COVID-19, the following is our protocol.
- When you enter the office we ask that you have a face covering and we provide every patient with a fresh pair of gloves. All staff will be equipped with proper PPE for your safety and theirs.
- We will take your temperature with a contactless thermometer and test your blood oxygenation levels via a pulse oximeter. You will also be asked to complete a social / medical survey to ensure that you can be safely treated in our office.
- In the lobby we have UV/ PECO air filtration set up. Once you enter the office, you will be the only patient in the office proper until the completion of your visit with us. We ask that if you have anyone accompanying you, that these individuals either join you in the treatment room or wait outside.
- If you are joining us for a cleaning, the procedure will be done manually and without the use of any tools that can produce aerosols.
- Procedures that produce aerosols are schedule for the last appointment slot of the day. Once completed, the entire room is treated with a complete wipe down, UV light and Ozone.
- The treatment rooms are equipped with UV / PECO air filtration and wiped down with hospital grade disinfectant and UV sanitized between each patient.
- When your appointment is complete, you will be escorted through a separate exit so as to maintain social distancing and avoid contact with anyone that may be in the waiting area.
